Exchange between private customers and collectors is very welcome , if only the goods exchanged are concerned with the Vespa scooter , Ape or everything else produced by Piaggio.

Shipping

Goods are sent by parcel post or carrier . Delivery terms are not binding and no claim for damage shall be accepted.

Terms of payment

Terms of payment of the goods: cash on delivery in Italy or in the other countries agreed. In case of delivery in the countries not agreed, the buyer shall effect the payment in advance by bank transfer in Grosseto.

Contestations

In case of contention, the place of jurisdiction will be only Grosseto.

According to the article 10 of the Law bearing dispositions that safeguard people and other subjects for the treatment of personal data, the given data could be used for commercial and administrative purposes only. The customer allows Mr Giorgio Notari to communicate personal data , including the residence and phone number to the forwarders used for the consignment of the goods purchased.
